kkbdapp Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kkbdapp platform and all its associated services. By accessing or using the platform through the kkbdapp website, mobile version or application, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

To open an account on the kkbdapp platform, a user must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may create only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts under the same person's name will result in all accounts being closed.

• Opening an account on behalf of a corporate entity or a third party is prohibited.

kkbdapp will never ask for your password. If any person or organization asks for your password and claims to be a representative of kkbdapp, treat it as fraudulent and notify support immediately.

kkbdapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• If fraud, deception or unauthorized activity is suspected.
• If false information is provided.
• If evidence of multiple account creation is found.
• If there is an attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system.
• At the account holder's own request.

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the kkbdapp platform:

All deposit transactions are processed through kkbdapp's SSL-encrypted system. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the source account for deposits and the destination account for withdrawals must be the same.

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from kkbdapp:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements of all active bonuses have been met.
• kkbdapp reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

kkbdapp offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. A 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 is given on the first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means a withdrawal request can be made after wagering the bonus amount 20 times. The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers and promotions from kkbdapp:

• Bonus offers must be claimed within a specified time period.
• If there is any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses, the account will be closed and the bonus and winnings may be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device is strictly prohibited.
• kkbdapp reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer.

kkbdapp's VIP program has three levels. Players can advance to higher levels through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP status is granted based on criteria set by kkbdapp and may change at any time.

kkbdapp believes in the principle of fair play. All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Users are required to follow the rules below when playing games on the kkbdapp platform:

• Any attempt to rig or influence game results is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts is completely prohibited.
• Attempting to earn money by exploiting technical errors is prohibited.
• Any error or technical issue must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.

Any winnings obtained due to a technical error or system bug may be voided.

If a dispute arises regarding any transaction or game result, the user may contact the kkbdapp support team. The dispute resolution process:

• First, notify support via 24/7 live chat.
• Send the dispute details including date, time and transaction ID by email.
• kkbdapp will generally review the dispute and announce a decision within business days.
• kkbdapp's decision will be considered final and binding.
